In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available on business days. If preferred, you may contact us by phone to arrange a specific date and time for collection.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped via Poste Italiane / DHL.
Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the following countries: Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and Belgium.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery times may vary from 8 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.

Any customs duties or import taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the customer and are not managed by Venerabili Ragazze.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items have not been used and are returned in their original packaging.
