Returns
Our return policy allows you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
