You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup is available every weekday. If you prefer, you can contact us by phone or email to arrange a pickup date and time.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. You'll always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We offer free shipping to Italy for orders over €150 .

International shipping

We ship internationally to the following countries: France, Germany, Spain, and Belgium . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery times may vary from 8 to 20 working days depending on the destination country.

Any customs duties or import taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the customer and are not managed by Venerabili Ragazze .

Our returns policy states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, and be in its original packaging.
